1. I forgot my court date. How do I find out when it is?

You can find out your court date by contacting your attorney, bonding company, the court house or by researching it through www.nmcourts.com

2. What should I bring to the Compliance Office?

(1) If you are on supervised probation: a money order for $30.00 per month while on probation.
(2) If you are on Pre-trial release: a money order for $25.00 per Pre-Trial case.
(3) Any and all court documents pertaining to your case.

3. What time do check ins start?

Check ins are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday Thur Friday.

6. Does the Compliance office go off of the School and/or Court schudule?

Compliance office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00AM - Noon and 1:00 to 4:00pm.

7. How much is DWI school?

DWI school registration in $150.00 and you must make full payment at time of registering.

8. If I do not have a vehicle registered in my name.Do I still need the interlock?

Yes, if you have been convicted of a DWI it is mandatory that you must have an ignition interlock and interlock driver's license. Also you do not start getting credit from MVD until you have done both.

9. How do I file a Complaint?

You need to download the grievance form or come in person to speak with the Director. Once you have filled out the form; you can email, mail or hand deliver it to the Director.
