Concha Montaño
DWI Prevention Program Evaluator

Concha Montaño is an independent consultant with 30 years of experience in training and managing diverse organizations. She is a nationally recognized trainer and consultant for diversity training, substance abuse prevention, strategic planning, community development, evaluation, youth leadership, and team building. Ms. Montaño has a BA in Sociology from New Mexico Highlands University and a BA in Christian Ministries from Southern Arizona Bible College.  Her graduate studies at Century University are in Philosophy of Psychology.

Vision

Decrease substance abuse and alcohol abuse by bringing effective prevention to communities.

Prevention is a proactive process which empowers individuals and systems to meet the challenges of life events and transition by creating and enforcing conditions that promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
