The mission of the McKinley County Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is to provide treatment for adults with addictions by guiding them into recovery through therapy and to help these individuals dealing with he struggles in their everyday lives. The goal is to help the client restore a functional, clean and sober environment. A step towards serenity and a chance to attain full control of one’s own life.
One time $50 intake fee (money order only)
Group Therapy/ Counseling
Includes women and men’s group, guest speakers, acudetox, video learning and social skill enhancement.

As of May 2018, our IOP will begin implementing an integrative treatment called the Matrix Model. For more information please contact us.
Once a week for 1 hour at a time that is convenient for the counselor and client.
Individual counseling can include family intervention, crisis intervention and role playing.

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) in the State of New Mexico with an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services. Mr. Spencer has over 27 years of clinical experience working in addiction and has been a visible recovery advocate. Mr. Spencer is a current member of the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and has also served on the board of New Mexico Alliance of Addiction Professionals.
Tristan Keller, LCSW
Tristan Keller is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, with an MSW in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Tristan has over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker in psychiatric and medical inpatient settings, home based settings, outpatient clinic settings and intensive outpatient settings; providing individual, group and family therapy in addition to clinical case management and treatment coordination.
