Submission & Filing of Liens on Delinquent Manufactured/Mobile Homes.
Treasurer must mail a Notice to the Motor Vehicle Department that lists all of the Manufactured Homes whose Property Taxes are more than 30 Days Delinquent as of June 30th. Upon receipt and filing of the notice by the Motor Vehicle Division, the Lien for Property Taxes on Manufactured Homes become effective.

Preparation & Submission of Real Property Three Year Delinquency List.
Treasurer must prepare a Delinquency List of all Real Property that has more than two years of Property Taxes Due as of July 1st. Treasurer must record the Delinquency List with the County Clerk.
